About Us

Flint Medical Laboratory is an independent, physician-owned anatomic pathology laboratory. We are not affiliated with any hospital system.   As pathologist-owners, we are able to provide a high level of service to our physician clients. We understand your needs and are sensitive to your concerns.

 

We have been serving the greater Flint area for over 45 years and are currently located at our own facility located at 3490 Calkins Road, near the intersection with Beecher Road. 

 

We provide all supplies necessary for you to submit a variety of biopsy specimens to us for evaluation. We offer convenient courier services for pickups and deliveries. Reports are typically available within 24 hours and can be delivered, faxed, or mailed depending on your preference.

 

As pathologists, we believe in appropriate clinico-pathologic correlation. We believe in the importance of communication with our physician clients. We will make every effort to keep you informed of unusual diagnoses, unexpected malignancies or other findings that are important to your care of the patient.
